Role Summary:

The Solar EPC Liaisoning Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating with various stakeholders involved in the EPC projects. This role involves ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, obtaining necessary permits, and maintaining effective communication with government agencies, local authorities, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Regulatory Compliance:
• Ensure all EPC projects comply with local, state, and national regulations.
• Obtain necessary permits and approvals from regulatory bodies.
• Stay updated with changes in legislation affecting solar projects.
• Stakeholder Management:
• Act as the primary point of contact for government agencies, local authorities, and clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction, to ensure smooth project execution.
• Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by stakeholders promptly.
• Project Coordination:
• Oversee the planning and execution of EPC projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with the project management team to develop project schedules and milestones.
• Monitor project progress and report on status to senior management.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive records of all liaisoning activities and communications.
• Generate regular reports on project status, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder interactions.
• Ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
• Risk Management:
• Identify potential risks related to regulatory compliance and stakeholder management.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to compliance standards.

Qualifications:

• Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Master's degree or relevant certifications in Project Management or Renewable Energy is a plus.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in liaisoning or regulatory compliance, preferably in the solar or renewable energy sector.
• Proven track record of managing stakeholder relationships and obtaining necessary permits for large-scale projects.
• Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and processes related to solar EPC projects.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?70,000.00 per month
