Key Responsibilities

Establishing Relationships

: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including contractors, clients, government agencies, and community members.

Communication

: Facilitate effective communication between all parties involved in the construction project.

Coordination

: Coordinate and organize meetings, site visits, and project updates.

Feedback Management

: Relay and manage feedback, concerns, or needs from one organization to another.

Compliance

: Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations concerning building operations, maintenance, and construction.

Problem-Solving

: Resolve issues, problems, or requests from different parties promptly and efficiently.

Reporting

: Prepare reports to update relevant parties on the progress of projects or initiatives.

Qualifications

:

Any Degree with Min 5 Years of experience. Proven experience as a Liaison Officer or in a similar role within the construction industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and coordination abilities. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations related to construction. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
