- Liaisioning experience in CBE LPA, DTCP HO, LOCAL BODY APPROVAL, RERA NORMS
- NOC\'S Liaisioning (AAI, EIA, PWD, WRD)
- Budgeting Experience
- Knowledge of Legal Documents.
- Experiencing in Approval Plans, Corrections, Advising of Plans.
- Handling liaison architects and Co-ordinating Project Architects.
- Norms of TN DCR.
