We are building at a breakneck speed in one of the fastest growing industries in the world, & the growth opportunities are limitlessJob Summary : Leverage Edu is looking for a proactive Associate - Business Operations (LeadSquared CRM Administrator) with 0-2 years of experience to oversee and optimize our LeadSquared CRM platform. This role bridges technology and operations, focusing on configuring the CRM, automating workflows, managing data, and providing insights to enhance efficiency and drive business success.Key Responsibilities:CRM Configuration & Customization:- Set up and configure the LeadSquared CRM to support Leverage Edu's operational processes, including customizing fields, forms, and user roles.- Design and implement workflows, automation rules, and lead scoring to align with business goals.- Configure sales pipelines and lead capture mechanisms to improve operational efficiency.User Management & Support:- Manage user roles, permissions, and access levels in the CRM.- Provide technical support and resolve CRM-related queries from end-users.- Develop training materials and conduct workshops to improve CRM adoption across teams.Data Management & Reporting:- Maintain data integrity through regular updates and integration management.- Create and manage reports and dashboards to track lead performance, sales metrics, and CRM efficiency.- Analyze data trends and provide actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.System Integration & Automation:Integrate the LeadSquared CRM with external platforms such as telephony systems and marketing tools.- Automate processes like lead capturing, nurturing, and scoring to streamline operations.Performance Optimization & Troubleshooting:- Monitor CRM performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements to ensure system reliability.- Stay informed on new LeadSquared features to incorporate relevant updates into business processes.Collaboration & Strategic Support:- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, to align CRM usage with organizational objectives.- Act as the primary point of contact for CRM-related initiatives and user support.Skills and Qualifications:Experience:- 0-2 years of experience in CRM administration, preferably with LeadSquared or similar platforms (e.g., HubSpot).- Exposure to CRM configuration, data management, and workflow automation is an advantage.Educational Background:Bachelor's degree in Technology-related fields such as BCA, B.Tech, Computer Science, or Information Technology.Technical Skills:- Familiarity with CRM workflows, automation tools, and API integrations.- Knowledge of SQL or scripting languages for advanced CRM customizations is a plus.Analytical Skills:- Strong analytical ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.- Problem-solving skills to address technical challenges efficiently.Soft Skills:- Excellent communication skills for training and support.- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.- Collaborative mindset with flexibility to adapt to dynamic business needs.
