With over 1 billion players already reached, your work will contribute to our shared mission of making the most fun games for the world's players.Join the team!As we continue to grow, we are now looking for a Level Designer to join our Casual Games team.As a Level Designer, you will design and implement engaging game levels for our casual mobile games. You will work closely with designers, artists, and developers to ensure fun, balanced, and player-friendly experiences. Together, you will craft levels, refine gameplay flow, and enhance player retention through creative design solutions.This is a permanent role based in our Bangalore studio, where our daily in-office collaboration fuels creativity and innovation. Responsibilities:

• Design and implement game levels that align with the game's vision and aesthetic.
• Balance difficulty and pacing to maximise player engagement.
• Use player feedback and data analysis to refine and improve levels.
• Create levels and content using Unity.
• Maintain up-to-date design documentation.
• Contribute ideas for new gameplay features and mechanics.

Requirements:

• Relevant educational background in game or level design.
• Experience in casual game level design, supported by a portfolio of work.
• Proficiency with Unity or other level design tools.
• Strong understanding of level design principles and player psychology.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion for casual mobile games and understanding of player motivations.
• Familiarity with scripting languages or visual scripting is a plus.
