Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers hands-on experience in various HR functions, with a focus on recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
Support onboarding activities for new hires to ensure a smooth integration into the company.
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
Help organize and execute HR initiatives, such as employee engagement activities and training programs.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and policies.
Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong interest in HR and recruitment with a desire to learn and grow in the field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
Prior internship or work experience in HR is a plus, but it isn't required.
