The retail workforce represents a significant portion of the company. A member of the people function leadership team reporting to the Chief People Officer of the company. The key stakeholders for this role would be the business leaders supporting the India business as well as functional leaders in the HR & Talent teams.Transforming the way people see a retail career, creating a customer obsessed workforce and building a culture where people deliver the best work of their lives.
