1. Sales & Business Development:
o Identify, prospect, and acquire customers for business loans and personal loans.
o Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet and exceed sales targets.
2. Client Relationship Management:
o Understand client requirements and provide tailored loan solutions.
o Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
3. Market Research & Lead Generation:
o Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities.
o Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and partnerships.
4. Loan Application Assistance:
o Guide customers through the loan application process. o Ensure accurate and complete documentation for loan processing.
5. Collaboration with Teams:
o Work closely with the credit and operations teams to ensure smooth processing of loans.
o Provide feedback to improve the lending process and customer experience.
6. Compliance & Reporting:
o Adhere to company policies, regulatory norms, and ethical standards.
o Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
