Check if the detailed inputs is taken from customers on details on Destination, choice of accommodation, travel type, no of passengers, type of holiday, budget, sightseeing, form of payment. Monitor is the query is sent to different and trusted suppliers. Monitor if proper Suggesting has been given to customer with additional activities that can be done - sightseeing etc. Ensure that Executive is able to convert the enquiries into Sale by providing cost effective options. Ensure consistent good Service to Clients throughout the Itinerary on all Packages. Ensuring customer confirmation is received before final booking is done and received written approval on the same. Monitor and assist Executives to Check availability wherever need be for: Hotels Local Surface Transport Flights / Trains, car rental. Ensure if exe has checked the hotel rates from Hotel websites, and suppliers or call up individual hotel property. Send email to traveler. Ensure, each time Exe. Is promoting client for Travel and medical Insurance, Calling cards, additional sightseeing options, foreign exchange. Ensure, Executive, hasobtained necessary approval from Corporate / Clients before cash value document issuance. Ensure exe, has Collated the Flight tickets, hotel vouchers, surface transportation, sightseeing details, travel documents, insurance ensure that Exe has made invoice of all services with send the details of Flight tickets, hotel vouchers, surface transportation, sightseeing details, travel documents, insurance along with invoice. Monitor and ensure that TC Fills the DSR. Ensure- Follow up on the hotel booking prior to passenger check in to ensure all ok. Ensure that Exe,Contacts the client on return to determine the success of the transaction and the client\'s feedback about product quality and ensure any required follow up steps are completed and outcomes are reported. Ensure highest standard of presentation in all documentation for clients as well as a speedy and accurate response to any communication. Develop new suppliers Generate business from existing clients. Managing operational systems, policies & procedures including development, implementation and continual improvement of processes to best achieve overall business goals. With the process in place, by consistent monitoring at all times ensures for an enhanced service delivery Monitoring reports for client to ensure capturing the data of client\'s requirement Maintaining regular client meetings, ensuring credit limits are maintained as per requirements and support the credit desk on collections by interacting and resolving concerns, if any i.e. effectively maintain and manage the account receivable within the stipulated and specified limit Conduct annual performance review using the UNIGLOBE appraisal program and nominate staff for Regional Excellence Award at the Regional Conference Liaising and maintaining relationship with industry partners and key suppliers Ordering Sales Literature, stationery and disposables to ensure the efficient running of the team. Help the team to generate new sales while providing tools for protecting the existing client base Ensuring maximum customer satisfaction by closely interacting with clients to understand their requirements. Requirement : Strong understanding and knowledge of basic sales functionalities. Strong ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally. Good knowledge of MS excel. Experience of 2-3 years in Travel Industry is mandatory(In Leisure) Should be able to make reservations for air, hotel and car in the Amadeus as well as effectively using supplier booking channels to secure wholesale product Possess a positive attitude Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: 20,000.00 - 35,000.00 per month Schedule:
