Job Title - Legal Trainee
Looking for freshers
Location - Viman Nagar, Pune (Work from office)
JD :-
1. Process Knowledge with US clients on Contract Management and Document Review.
2. Proficient with Civil Laws, Corporate laws, IPR, labour laws, industrial disputes.
3. Drafting, vetting, amending and Redlining Vendor agreements, Software Licensing, NDAs, Master Service Agreements, Master Consulting Agreement and EULAs, coordinating durings mergers and acquisitions.
4. Process Knowledge and coordinate with US attorneys in immigration including but not limited to filing petitions for different visa categories, resolving RFEs, drafting job descriptions accordingly including time ratios.
