Job Description
Heading the Legal team, involving in land acquisition end to end process.
Preparation for the title due diligence with respect to the Property.
Vetting various kinds of agreements, deeds, etc.
Involved in addressing customer queries.
RERA ACT and Rules and compliance of projects with regard to Karnataka in particular.
Experience in RERA documentation is a plus,
English and Kannada language proficiency

Pay: ?800,000.00 - ?1,200,000.00 per year
