As you work to make a real impact on the business and the world, well work to help you become a better you.Were establishing four Legal Powerhouses in Bangalore, Mexico City, Barcelona and Sxc3xa3o Paulo, which will be an integral part of the Legal Function and provide defined, structured services to our other lawyers and to the wider business.Where this position fits-into the team:Part of the Unilever Legal Powerhouse a team were currently building, which consists of around 60 colleagues in BangaloreIntegral part of the Unilevers Legal Function - a global operation consisting of approximately 500 lawyers and specialistsBased alongside the UniOps Function in Bangalore a wider team of 1,600 that powers Unilevers compass strategy through world class business operations enabled by technology and innovationYour Key Responsibilities:Act as the Legal Product Owner for DocuSign CLM and ancillary technologies, own, develop and deliver the technical roadmap and enhancementsCollaborate with cross-functional support teams to drive innovation and automation across the teamDrive, communicate and present the product vision, roadmap, and progress to the internal and external stakeholdersAct as the technical point of contact and manage our ecosystem of external partners to enable a best-in-class technical solutionBe the Subject Matter Expert on DocuSign CLMEnsure the organization is using the tool as effectively as possible and extracting the best from the tool with minimal customisations/configurationsManage the Change and Release Management process independentlyOwn the product backlog end-to-end, defining the acceptance criteria, prioritization and managing the dependencies and risks.Design, code, test, deploy and document change requests.Ensure that the code meets the quality standards and follows the best practices for performance, security, scalability, and maintainabilityProvide technical support and troubleshooting for the DocuSign CLM application and resolve any issues or bugsEstablish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, Finance, IT, Procurement and vendorsStay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the contract lifecycle management domain, and identify the opportunities for improvement and enhancement of our CLM applicationSkills and Experience:Degree or higher in computer science, engineering, business, or related field.At least 6 years of experience in product management, preferably in the Legal function.At least 4 years of experience in managing a DocuSign CLM solutionExpert in configuring and troubleshooting DocuSign WorkflowsExpert in CLM configuration with template rationalization and harmonizationWorked in an in-house (legal) team with exposure to legal toolsExperience with Salesforce.Strong knowledge of agile development methodologies, tools, and best practices.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholdersAbility to multitask and has tendency to independently execute project cycles and deliverablesStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to use data and user feedback to guide product decisionsExperience working with cross-functional teams across multiple geographiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsPreferred Experience:Certified DocuSign CLM AdministratorCertified DocuSign CLM Workflow DeveloperCertified DocuSign CLM Technical ConsultantAt HUL, we believe that every individual irrespective of their race, colour, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, nationality, caste, disability or marital status can bring their purpose to life.
