Duties and Responsibilities:
I. Checking of title papers for land purchase for new projects.
Drafting of legal documents such as :
1. Affidavit.
2. Development Agreement.
3. Agreement for Sale.
4. Memorandum of Understanding.
5. Power of Attorney.
6. Sale Deed, Lease Deed, Mortgage Deed.
7. Leave and Licence Agreement.
8. Loan Agreement.
9. Non-Disclosure Agreement.
10. Common area Maintenance and Amenities Agreement.
11. Applications, Letter of Intent, Notices, Reports, Term sheets, and Allotment letters.
12. Contracts - Civil Contracts.
13. Marketing related Documents.
14. Broker Agreements.
15. Service Assignment Agreements with various agencies.
III. Executing of Agreements of Sale, Sale Deeds, etc at the Sub Registrar's office.
IV. Executing of Mutations, Partitions and any other matters related to land purchase or sale.
V. Prepare title files.
VI. Check local dailies for notices if any.
VII. Ensure that all the legal documents are properly filed in the respective files with an index.
VIII. Performing any other legal duties which may be decided by the management from time to time.
CANDIDATES SHOULD have :
1. Minimum 3 - 5 years of having worked in a Real Estate.
2. Degree holder
3. Pleasant personality
4. Strong background in law
5. Reviewing and drafting legal documents.
6. Co-ordinating with lawyers, clients and counter parties on legal matters.
7. Maintaining all legal documentation.
8. Understanding laws and regulations and their impact on the Company.
