Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Legal cum Compliance Officer to join our team. This role is integral in ensuring our company complies with legal and regulatory requirements, as well as internal policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in both legal advisory and compliance management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice on a broad range of issues including corporate law, contract law, and labor law.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Ensure the company's compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including industry-specific requirements.
• Develop, implement, and maintain internal policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify potential compliance risks and areas for improvement.
• Monitor changes in laws and regulations and update policies and procedures accordingly.
• Handle investigations and resolve compliance issues in a timely manner.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on legal and compliance matters.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of compliance activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Compliance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of corporate law, contract law, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and compliance management software.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?65,000.00 per month
