1. Candidate should be strong in drafting letters and notices and representing the Company in Legal matters.
2.Drafting and vetting of various agreements e.g. franchisee agreements, NDA agreements, MOU agreements, Service agreements with credit parties, etc.
3.Issue recovery notices and take steps against defaulter franchisee/parties to recover dues.
4.Maintaining the legal MIS and reporting of progress of cases to the Legal Head.
5.Having sound knowledge of the law of CPC, Cr. P.C. Indian Contract Act, Arbitration Act, Consumer Act, and Negotiable Instruments Act.
6.Handling all legal compliance like service of Notices, execution of warrants, and execution of warrants of attachments received in execution matters.
7.Independently handling civil and criminal cases i.e. cases U/S. 138 N.I. Act, Summary Suits, Consumer Matters etc. filed by and against the company.
8.Take follow-ups & coordinate with Advocates in drafting suits, petitions, complaints, replies, and notices, etc.
