Job Overview:
Handling all over corporate legal matters and issue, like criminal, civil, consumer, drafting & vetting issue , handling brands & others etc.,
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Handling 4-6 legal team members
2. Academic & practical knowledge of Law of India (like criminal, civil and property act etc) with all respect
3. Self motivated , smart working
4. can individual handle the issue and report to management
Qualifications: LLB/LLM
Professional Qualifications: minimum qualification is degree of LAW from any reputed institute
Experience: 12 year plus
Salary Range: 60,000-80,000
Specific skills: Should have good command over drafting in Hindi and English
Age : Not more than 40 Years
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ?80,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
• Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
• total work: 10 years (Required)
• criminal, civil, property Act: 10 years (Required)
