Provide legal counsel and support to the company on all legal matters related to theBusiness and industry, including business transactions, agreements, land andMachinery use and zoning regulations, and Business development.2. Experience in handling land Revenue matters.3. Represent the company in legal proceedings with District/High Court and SSRD4. Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, contracts, and agreements related tobusiness and operations.5. Advise on legal risks and provide recommendations to mitigate and manage potentiallegal issues.6. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.7. Represent the company in legal proceedings, including litigation, arbitration, andmediation, as necessary.8. Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in laws and regulations affectingthe industry.9. Collaborate with internal departments, external legal counsel, and regulatoryauthorities to address legal matters and ensure business objectives are met.10. Manage and supervise legal staff, including attorneys and paralegals, as well asexternal legal consultants and specialists.Requirement & Skills1. LLB/LLM degree from an accredited law school and active membership in a state barassociation.2. Proven track record of providing legal counsel and support to companies or relatedindustries.3. Comprehensive knowledge of business laws, regulations, and industry practices.4. Strong negotiation, drafting, and analytical skills.5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.6. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple projectssimultaneously.7. Proven leadership and management abilities.8.
