Legal Manager (construction Industry Experience)
Job Description
Mandate: LLM / LLB Skills 1. English proficiency 2. Good Research and Drafting Skills 3. Good Analytical Skills 4. Attention to details 5. Time management 6. Open to learn new facets of law 7. Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure 8. Multi-tasking Role & Responsibilities 1. Corporate Law drafting such as employment agreements, share purchase agreement, non-disclosure agreements, board resolutions, shareholders resolutions, etc.; 2. Drafting and finalising legal notices and reply to legal notices; 3. Proof-reading and vetting contracts before finalization; 4. Attending meeting, as needed, over finalization of agreements; 5. Advising on issues involving corporate laws such as the Companies Act, 2013, employment laws, etc. 6. Performing Due diligence; 7. Carrying out research on general corporate law issues; 8. Tracking progress and highlighting roadblocks; 9. Co-ordinating with empanelled advocates. Job Types: Permanent, Full-time Salary: Up to 800,000.00 per year Schedule:
