Your field of responsibility

Legal Linkage Keys (LLK) are attached to OTC trades booked in trade capture systems at the point of trade booking, in effect being an additional trade fact that associate each trade with respective legal documentation. As a part of role, your responsibility includes:

• Monitor generation, trade management and FOBO breaks via exception management systems
• Investigation and resolution of all exceptions within tight deadlines
• Coordinate with partners across LCD, Operations, Front & Middle Office and IT towards improved data quality
• Initiate and track outstanding\xe2\x80\x99s via reporting process
• Manage Consumer queries in timely and professional manner
• Partner with on shore team in London to deliver excellent client service and seamless team support
• Identify quick wins and tactical improvements to improve data quality and accuracy
• Develop subject matter expertise of the LLK process

Your future colleagues

The Global Legal Linkage Key-team have a presence in India (Pune) and UK (London). The function is within the wider Reference Data team within Group Operations. The function has been supported from Pune since Q1 2017 and is now a well-established team with high SME capabilities. The team has a positive relationship with our colleagues in London with daily interaction pertaining to BAU support, team development and change / efficiency initiatives. Your skills and experience

As a result of the complexity within the process, the breadth of business partners/ consumers supported and global product coverage, in order to excel in this role, you should possess below:

• Degree education with 5+ years\xe2\x80\x99 proven experience in banking / investment banking or financial industry is essential
• Prior work experience in Operations, Collateral Management or an ISDA Docs function will be an added advantage
• Solid understanding of reporting procedures
• Understanding of Derivatives Products
• Excellent attention to detail as well as the ability to perform in a fast paced environment
• Ability to understand impact of front to back processes across the Firm
• Ability to work in conjunction with a globally distributed team
• Proficient in use of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Can work with the change team to define operational improvement opportunities
• Solid control approach and can work in a dynamic environment with changing priorities
