Job Summary:
We are seeking Legal Interns to support our contract management team. This role offers hands-on experience in drafting, reviewing, and managing commercial agreements, with a focus on compliance and risk management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts (NDAs, service agreements, vendor agreements).
• Conduct legal research and identify potential risks.
• Support documentation and process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
• Completed LLB (LLM in Maritime Law is highly preferred).
• Strong interest in contract law and corporate legal practices.
• Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills.
