Role Overview

:
As a Legal Intern at Marwari Catalysts, you will play an essential role in supporting the legal team on various aspects of startup law, compliance, and regulatory frameworks. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the legal field while directly contributing to the success of innovative startups.

Key Responsibilities

:

Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing legal documents and contracts, ensuring compliance with applicable laws. Conduct legal research and analyze regulations affecting startups and accelerator programs. Support the legal team in handling corporate governance, intellectual property, and compliance matters. Collaborate with internal teams to provide legal insights for business strategies and policies. Maintain organized records of legal documents and support document filing and retrieval processes.

Qualifications

:

Current enrollment in a law program (LLB or LLM). Strong understanding of corporate and business law principles. Excellent research, communication, and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.

Pay: ?5,000.00 - ?7,000.00 per month
