: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Intern to join our dynamic legal team. This is an excellent opportunity for a law student or recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in the real estate industry. The successful candidate will work closely with our experienced legal professionals, assisting in a variety of tasks related to property law, compliance, and contract management. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, leases, and other legal documents.
- Conduct legal research on real estate laws, regulations, and case law.
- Support the legal team in preparing final sets for registry of sale deed, agreement for sale or other deed of conveyance.
- Visit the office of registrar/sub-registrar and participate in registration of deeds of conveyance.
- Help with the management and organization of legal files and documents.
- Participate in due diligence processes for property acquisitions and developments.
- Aid in the resolution of customer disputes and drafting and sending notices to customers or reply to letters of customers.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal real estate laws.
- Perform administrative tasks as needed to support the legal department.
- Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate with a law degree from an accredited law school/college.
- Strong interest in real estate law and property transactions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Day shift
- total work: 1 year (Preferred)
