Designation :-Legal & Global ComplianceDepartment :-FinanceLocation :-Ahmedabad, GujaratEducational Qualification :-LLB/LLM with CS (preferred)Professional Experience :-3 to 6 yearsKey Responsibilities:Review, draft and negotiate a variety of Commercial Agreements such, MarketingAgreements, Consultancy Agreement, Event Contracts, Services Agreements, LeaseAgreements, Data Protection Agreements, exposure to Corporate Secretarial and M&Amatters and other Vendor agreements based on a third party and standard templateand cross-functional discussions with Legal Team and other Internal/Externalstakeholders.Independently coordinate the Review, Vetting, and Execution of Agreements, includingnegotiation of Commercial Contracts and tracking/updating matters in the ContractManagement System.Stakeholder managementAdhere to all the Legal compliances, UK compliance, Global compliance and others.Personable, confident, trustworthy, (ability to build relationships with key internal andexternal stakeholders).Responsible for the finalization of the Commercial Contracts by having an analyticalapproach.Take ownership and independently deliver the legal services with a sense of urgency,reliability and practicality.Skills:Strong interpersonal skills.Effective English communication skills.Team player & leader.Ability to work under stringent deadlines.Critical thinking and problem-solving attitudeCommercial & solution oriented approachEye for detailEffective presentation skillsInterested Candidate Send your CV on sharmaektasip@gmail.com or 9313292442.Regards,EktaSI Placement
