Company Overview : Leading Producer of Natural Mineral Water
Academic Qualifications : Graduate with an M.S.W. or expertise in Company Law, or 5-10 years of relevant experience in a company within the Food & Beverage or FMCG sector.
Technical/Professional Requirements : Proficient in computer operations and HR practices, with a strong command of English and legal expertise.
Required Skill Set : Excellent leadership abilities and strong physical fitness.
Relevant Industry : Food & Beverage, FMCG, or any manufacturing sector.
/ Key Responsibilities :
• Must possess comprehensive knowledge of Company Law.
• Should demonstrate exceptional leadership and authoritative capabilities.
• Must maintain high levels of physical fitness.
• Should be well-versed in HR processes and activities.
• Must have prior experience managing a workforce of 250 to 350 employees.
• Preference will be given to male candidates.
• Needs to exhibit outstanding physical stamina and dynamism.
• Must not engage in tobacco or smoking habits, such as cigarettes or bidis.
