Job Description
• Legal drafting & Communication
• Conduct property due diligence for search reports.
• Draft & review secured property documents.
• Manage mortgage registration processes.
• Initiate legal actions against NPAs & overdue defaulters.
• Compliance for mortgage, recovery as per banking norms.
Required Candidate profile
• Law graduate LLB/LLM
• 2+ years of experience property related litigation
• Cooperative banking exposure will given priority
• Experience of search reports, insuring documentation of mortgage property
• Legal Recovery formalities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
