Job Title: Legal Executive

Job Overview:
A Legal Executive is responsible for providing comprehensive legal support and assistance to the legal team and other departments within the organization. The role requires a deep understanding of legal principles, excellent research and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Legal Research and Analysis:
• Conduct thorough legal research on various issues and provide detailed analysis.
• Stay updated with changes in laws and regulations that may affect the organization.
• Document Preparation and Review:
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Ensure all documents comply with applicable laws and regulations.
• Litigation Support:
• Assist in the preparation of litigation cases, including gathering and organizing evidence and documents.
• Liaise with external legal counsel and support the management of litigation processes.
• Compliance and Risk Management:
• Monitor compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures to mitigate legal risks.
• Advisory:
• Provide legal advice and support to various departments within the organization.
• Assist in the interpretation of legal documents and legislation.
• Administrative Support:
• Maintain and update legal files, databases, and records.
• Coordinate with external legal advisors and other third parties.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field.
• Professional qualification or certification in legal practice preferred.
• Minimum of [X] years of experience in a legal executive or similar role.
