Job Description

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Legal Executive to join our dynamic legal team. The Legal Executive will provide comprehensive legal support and ensure the smooth operation of the legal department by assisting with various legal tasks and administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Legal Research and Analysis:
• Conduct thorough legal research on various matters including case law, legislation, and legal precedents.
• Analyze and summarize legal documents and findings.
• Document Preparation and Review:
• Draft, review, and revise legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and correspondence.
• Ensure all legal documents are accurate, up-to-date, and comply with applicable laws and regulations.
• Case Management:
• Assist in the preparation of case files, including organizing documents, evidence, and exhibits.
• Monitor and manage case schedules, deadlines, and court dates.
• Client Interaction:
• Communicate with clients to gather necessary information, provide updates, and address queries.
• Maintain client confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Administrative Support:
• Maintain and update legal databases and records.
• Handle administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and managing correspondence.
• Assist in coordinating meetings, hearings, and other legal proceedings.
• Compliance and Risk Management:
• Monitor compliance with legal standards and internal policies.
• Identify potential legal risks and provide recommendations for mitigation.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Law, Legal Studies, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of [X] years of experience in a legal or paralegal role.
• Skills:
• Strong understanding of legal principles, procedures, and terminology.
