Roles and Responsibilities
\xe2\x9c\x94 Handle ongoing Cases and advise management;
\xe2\x9c\x94 Visiting and attending the Court Proceedings;
\xe2\x9c\x94 Visiting the offices of Advocates and Legal Consultants of the Company;
\xe2\x9c\x94 Draft and review legal implications of internal policies and procedures and advise management;
\xe2\x9c\x94 Draft contracts, agreements, internal policies in compliance with legal and statutory requirement as applicable to the company;
\xe2\x9c\x94 Prepare, review and modify contractual instrument;
\xe2\x9c\x94 Liaise with relevant government and internal department
\xe2\x9c\x94 Advise management on legal protection and risk management;
\xe2\x9c\x94 Review all contracts and documents and access legal implications that need to be brought to the senior management attention;
\xe2\x9c\x94 Any other task assigned by the management.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: 930,000.00 - 940,000.00 per month Schedule:
