Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Legal Executive with expertise in title verification, valuation processes, and land mortgage documentation. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling legal documentation, coordination with valuation experts, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to property mortgages.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough title searches and verification of property ownership and legal status.
• Review and prepare documentation for land mortgage and valuation processes.
• Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, and legal teams to ensure accurate and timely completion of mortgage-related formalities.
• Assess valuation reports and provide legal opinions on property-related matters.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to property mortgages.
• Maintain and update records of legal cases, contracts, and related documents.
• Assist in drafting and vetting legal documents, agreements, and contracts.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in legal matters related to title, valuation, and land mortgage.
• Strong understanding of property laws, land records, and mortgage processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience in working with real estate or financial services industries.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and databases.
