KEY REPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE ROLE
? Drafting and maintaining a repository of various agreements, notices and other legal
documents.
? Filing and Registration of new Trademarks and Copyrights, Renewals of existing ones
and maintain the MIS of all the Trademarks and Copyrights.
? Assists in the development of best practice with regards to the legal aspects of
commercial and contractual matters entrusted
? Determine key contract terms and conditions and communicate pertinent
information in the Terms and Conditions of each contract to appropriate end users.
? Contribute to negotiations as liaison between internal and external personnel
including in discussions on key contract terms, conditions, and pricing as required.
? Handle litigation and piracy matter issues independently or in coordination with
appropriate authorities.
? Manage Risk Assessment and Management in respect of the various business
transactions
? Coordinate with partners, landlords, agents and other stake holders in procurement
and assessment of legal documents
? Prepare, draft and finalize various agreements such as sale agreement, construction
agreement, sale deed, lease deed, tripartite agreement, MoUs, NDAs, JDAs, GPAs,
notices, title opinions, etc.
? Represent the firm before government offices, courts, tribunals, etc to resolve any
queries
? Well acquainted with the CIS (Code information system), and coordinate with
external advocates to provide strategic legal advice and facilitate flow of information
with senior team members
? Assist in the preparation and completion of compliance checklists litigation trackers
and risk assessment. Well versed in Corporate Laws, Labor laws, Litigation and
Compliance
? Handle any legal work as and when required for all groups of the company and as and
when required by the superiors

Pay: ?15,828.10 - ?32,535.75 per month
