AP International, a leading media and entertainment company, is seeking a legal professional with 1 to 3 years of experience in corporate law and intellectual Property law to join our team. The candidate should have experience in litigation as well. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements in the media and entertainment industry including but not limited distribution agreement, licensing agreement and assignment agreement. Responsibilities will include advising management on legal matters, ensuring legal compliance in all business operations, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date legal records. The candidate should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members. This is a full-time position based in our office in Chennai.
