What you get to do in this role:

• Support the continuous improvement of standard forms of agreement and legal processes.
• Be a trusted partner, responding to requests from internal customers.
• Counsel internal customers regarding company policies, legal issues, and risk tolerance.
• Demonstrate excellent business judgment and ability to manage multiple legal documents to support client groups.
• Provide support on Corporate Legal projects.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:

• 5+ years of experience
• Undergraduate degree and law degree
• Active membership in an Indian State Bar Council or are otherwise entitled to practice law in India
• Relevant experience at a law firm and in-house
• Excellent negotiating and influencing skills, and a talent for non-confrontational, win-win negotiations
• Ability to distill complex issues and communicate well both one-on-one and in groups, and in internal and external contexts
