Job Summary:
We are looking for a Legal Counsel with 3-5 years of experience to provide legal support. The role involves drafting contracts, ensuring compliance, managing disputes, and advising internal teams on legal issues.
Key Responsibilities:
• Draft and review contracts and agreements
• Advise on corporate governance and compliance
• Manage legal disputes and negotiations
• Collaborate with internal teams to support business objectives
Qualifications:
• LLB or equivalent degree
• 3-5 years of relevant legal experience
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Pay: ?600,000.00 - ?1,000,000.00 per year
