Leverage unique combination of Indian & International Corporate Legal Sector. Skilled in research & research Paper Publications and analyze rules & regulations and devise high impact strategies to mitigate risk
Drafting , Reviewing, and Negotiating Commercial Contracts and Employment Contracts
Guiding management on regulatory and compliance matters
Analyzing legal issues relating to proposed products
Representing the corporation before administrative boards
Ensure the legality of commercial transactions
Establish company policy according to legal issues.
Manage all contracts, legal reports and documents
Desired Candidate Profile:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a corporate legal affairs
Good understanding of Contract law, NDA,MSA, Commercial agreements
Worked for International Projects specifically for US laws
Excellent writing and communication skills
Good analytical and interpretation skills
