KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee all company legal compliance, documentation, and filing.
• Review and update agreements and compliance documents in consultation with legal advisers.
• Address any legal disputes involving current or former employees with legal advisers regarding there formalities.
• Manage employee benefits information including PF, ESIC, and Gratuity.
• Manage and ensure timely payments of employee benefits (PF, ESIC, Gratuity).
• Attend court hearings for employee disputes and coordinate with advocates for resolution.
• Stay updated on legislative changes and trends impacting the company.
• Ensure company policies and compliances are up to date.
• Prepare periodic MIS reports on outstanding litigations and coordinate their follow-up and closure.
• Maintain administrative records for all legal matters and assist in various legal filings.
