To work in the legal department where you would be responsible for drafting of agreements in the real estate sector, reading and editing agreements as per instructions and would help in the executing of transfer deeds and agreements of properties that are purchased and sold by the company.

Drafting of Agreements, Deeds and other legal documentation
• Prepare and review legal documents such as contracts, agreements, deeds, NDAs, MoUs, and other business-related paperwork.
• Ensure documents comply with current legal standards and regulatory requirements.
• Customize templates for recurring legal needs.
ACCOUNTABILITY
Document Registration with appropriate authorities
Coordinate the registration of deeds, leases, agreements, and other legal documents with NGDRS & similar government authorities.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of registration procedures and fee structures.
Verify the correctness of documents before submission to prevent delays or rejections.

Title Search & Evaluation of Property Title Before Acquisition
Evaluate documents for properties that are being considered for acquisition
Conduct a detailed Title search for properties.
Due Diligence for all sake deeds, getting legal opinions & preparing supporting documents
Preparation & Execution of Sale deeds, Registration & Maintain records for the same
ACCOUNTABILITY
Interface for Legal Issues with Senior Counsel & Clients
Act as a liaison between the company and Senior Counsel for various cases & suits
Act as a liaison between the company and clients to address legal queries or concerns.
Explain the implications of legal documents and advise on the best course of action.
Facilitate smooth communication between clients and legal counsel, if necessary.
ACCOUNTABILITY
Manage the Objections sections in Newspapers
Monitor public notices and objections published in newspapers related to legal matters such as property transactions, company-related issues, or other announcements.
Draft and submit responses or clarifications to objections raised, ensuring they are addressed within the stipulated time frame.
Maintain records of objections, notices, and corresponding actions for future reference and compliance audits
ACCOUNTABILITY
Keeping Updated with Changes in the Law, Rulings, Judgements etc.
Monitor government websites, study case laws & judgements
Read Legal journals & Publications from State Land Revenue departments, Sub Registrar Offices, RERA, BAR Association, IBA- Real Estate Section, etc.
Network with industry experts and peers
