Position - Associate Legal
Experience - 1-3 yrs
Job location - Canca, Goa (Candidate staying at present in Goa are preferred)
JD -
- Handling litigation matters
- briefing counsel to Senior
- Court appearances,
- Drafting of legal documents
- advising on various real estate matters
- communicating with clients and resolving legal queries
- Interdepartmental communication to ensure full statutory compliance by the company
- contract drafting and review -due diligence
- Liaison with various governmental departments
