Job Description
Position : Legal Associate
Location : Bangalore
Responsibilities
oAssistance in drafting, review of Commercial Contracts
oAssistance with title due diligence in jurisdictions pan India.
oContract Management.
oWorking with external counsel and business teams on understanding and creating product structures. oContributing towards knowledge management through research and presentation on relevant structures and regulations in the financial products space.
oReporting of regulatory and legal developments to managers on a regular basis.
Qualification
Lawyer with minimum of 4-6 years of relevant experience with leading Financial Institutions or law firm experience with some exposure in financial transaction work, with
oWorking knowledge of Corporate Law and Contract Law, would appreciate basic understanding of real estate transaction related documents
oGood experience in drafting and negotiating Commercial Contracts and Agreements etc
oProficiency in MS Office Tools
oExcellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
