Business DevelopmentWork on client acquisition and retention..2. Legal DraftingWell-drafted documents such as contracts, pleadings and legal opinions - ensure that respective intentions, rights and obligations of parties involved in any proceedings, negotiations or contracts are accurately reflected.3.Legal Advisory- Drafting basic legal documents , notices etc.- Ability to provide consistent and technically superior legal advice and solutions .- \xe2\x81\xa0Approaching clients matters strategically to ensure client needs ( not just requests)are met .- \xe2\x81\xa0Maintaining relationships with existing clients3.Achieving financial goals and project outcomes ,including targets for billing, developing and implementing new business development strategies to grow the business and attracting new clients .4.Ability to collect legal data to identify, track, and report.5.Dispute ManagementIdentify appropriate strategies that can be used to avoid the risk whenever possible, if a risk cannot be eliminated then it must be managed.6.Expertise in Dispute -Settlements, Negotiations and Client Counselling.Overall work will be combination of business development and servicing clients.No litigation work,only mediation and arbitration!Qualification - Graduate in the field of Law (LLB, LLM, BA.LLB, BBA.LLB, and B.Com.
