agreements, constitutional documents, partnership deeds, power of attorneys, sale
deeds.
\xef\x82\xb7 Highlight risk and suggesting possible mitigants. Work with external counsel and
ensure a comprehensive diligence of the borrowing entity is performed before
disbursement.
\xef\x82\xb7 Review of general contracts including engagement letters, lease agreements, NOC\xe2\x80\x99s
and Non-Disclosure agreements.
\xef\x82\xb7 Preparing closing statements and reviewing closing statements prepared by others
\xef\x82\xb7 Preparing closing checks and bank drafts for disbursement at closing, based on the
client\xe2\x80\x99s instructions
\xef\x82\xb7 Responsible for transaction documentation for all deals including - Real estate and
corporate lending - and ensuring that all due diligence findings are incorporated the
definitive documents.
\xef\x82\xb7 Work closely with the team to deal with any operational issues regarding the existing
deals.
\xef\x82\xb7 Maintaining real estate transaction records, including title reports, appraisals,
inspection reports, surveys, tax records, and deeds
\xef\x82\xb7 Sending out notices to tenants, landlords, brokers, lenders, agents, or attorneys
involved in the transaction.
Requirements
\xef\x82\xb7 Strong experience in real estate law and industry knowledge that includes litigation,
lease transactions, property management, and purchase and sale transactions.
\xef\x82\xb7 Solid experience in title insurance underwriting, curative, and claims.
\xef\x82\xb7 Good understanding of foreclosure.
\xef\x82\xb7 Sound knowledge of Indian Contract Act, Transfer of Property Act, RERA, other
applicable Real Estate laws, Transfer of Property Act and Registration Act.
