• Case Management: Assisting lawyers in organizing case files, maintaining case calendars, scheduling meetings, and managing deadlines.
• Client Communication: Communicating with clients, witnesses, and other parties to gather information, provide updates on case progress, and relay messages between clients and attorneys.
• Court Filings: Assisting with the preparation and filing of legal documents with courts, government agencies, and other relevant entities, ensuring compliance with procedural requirements and deadlines.
• Administrative Support: Providing general administrative support, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, managing mail, and maintaining office supplies.
• Legal Database Management: Inputting, organizing, and maintaining legal documents and case-related information in electronic databases and filing systems.
