1. Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of business contracts/ legal agreements/ documents, ensuring that they align with best interests. 2. Ensure that all the business activities are conducted in conformity with all applicable laws, regulations, internal policies and procedures. 3. Serve as a liaison for all regulatory bodies as well as maintaining relationships with relevant legal bodies and officials. 4. Review all documentation that has legal implications for the company prior to signing and implementing. 5. Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential areas of non compliance or vulnerability. 6. Always monitor changes in laws and regulations that may impact the company and recommend appropriate actions. 7. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to legal and compliance activities. 8. Perform all the activities for the group of companies.
