We are looking for a Legal Advisor for one of the leading client based out at Delhi location.Experience- 8+ YearsQulaification- BA LLB / LLMRoles-Provide legal advice and guidance to senior management, departments, and employees on a wide
range of legal matters, including corporate law, contracts, employment law, intellectual property,
regulatory compliance, and litigation.
xefx82xb7 Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to ensure they
accurately reflect the company's interests and comply with applicable laws and regulations.
xefx82xb7 Manage corporate legal matters, including corporate governance, shareholder relations, mergers
and acquisitions, and corporate transactions.
xefx82xb7 Ensure compliance with corporate governance requirements and legal formalities.
xefx82xb7 Represent the company in court proceedings, arbitrations, and other dispute resolution forums.
xefx82xb7 Prepare legal documents, conduct legal research, and collaborate with external legal counsel as
necessary.
xefx82xb7 Handle personal legal matters of company owners and directors, including estate planning, asset
protection, and personal liability issues.
xefx82xb7 Provide strategic legal advice to protect personal assets and interests.
xefx82xb7 Advise on risk assessment and management strategies to identify and mitigate legal risks facing the
company.
xefx82xb7 Develop and implement compliance programs, policies, and procedures to ensure legal and
regulatory compliance.
xefx82xb7 Protect the company's intellectual property rights, including trademarks, copyrights, patents, and
trade secrets.
xefx82xb7 Manage intellectual property portfolios, conduct IP audits, and enforce IP rights against
infringement.
xefx82xb7 Manage relationships with external legal counsel and other legal service providers.
xefx82xb7 Oversee legal budgets, negotiate fee arrangements, and ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery
of legal services.
xefx82xb7 Stay abreast of changes in laws, regulations, and industry trends affecting the company's operations.xefx82xb7 Provide proactive legal advice and updates to management to mitigate legal risks and seize business
opportunities.
Qualifications and Experience:
xefx82xb7 BA LLB (5yrs) or LLB (3 yrs) and bar examination qualified.
xefx82xb7 Licensed attorney with a minimum of 8 years of experience practicing law, preferably in corporate
law, litigation, or general counsel roles.
xefx82xb7 Strong legal acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to provide strategic legal advice and
solutions to complex legal issues.
xefx82xb7 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and
influence stakeholders at all levels.
xefx82xb7 Proven track record of representing clients in court proceedings and dispute resolution forums.
xefx82xb7 Experience in corporate governance, contract negotiation, intellectual property, and regulatory
compliance.
