Job Title: Legal Advisor/Junior Advocate

Job Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

- Provide legal counsel and advice on various matters related to finance, contracts, and regulatory compliance.

- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.

- Research and analyze laws and regulations affecting the company's operations.

- Represent the company in legal proceedings, if necessary, and collaborate with external legal counsel.

- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution.

- Bar Council registration and eligibility to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.

- 1-3 years of experience in a legal role, preferably in finance or corporate law.

- Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.

- Excellent research, communication, and negotiation skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in contract law and commercial transactions.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

- Detail-oriented with a high level of integrity and ethical standards.

- Knowledge of alternative dispute resolution methods.
