: Lecturer in Physics For IIT/NEET Preparation

Key Responsibilities:

- Teaching: Deliver engaging and comprehensive lectures in Physics to students of senior secondary classes, ensuring a deep understanding of the subject.

- Curriculum Development: Design, implement, and continuously improve the Physics curriculum in alignment with CBSE standards, integrating modern teaching methodologies.

- Assessment: Prepare, administer, and grade assessments to monitor and evaluate students' progress and understanding of the subject.

- MentorshipProvide academic counseling and mentorship to students, encouraging their interest in Physics and guiding them in their academic and career pursuits.
- Laboratory Supervision: Oversee Physics laboratory activities, ensuring a safe and conducive environment for practical learning.

- Professional Development: Engage in continuous professional development to stay updated with the latest advancements in Physics and education methodologies.

- Extracurricular Activities: Contribute to the school's extracurricular programs, fostering a well-rounded educational experience.

Qualifications:

- Education: Master's degree in Physics. A Ph.D. in Physics will be an added advantage.

- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of teaching experience at the senior secondary or higher secondary level. Experience in a reputed CBSE-affiliated school is preferred.

- Skills: Strong command of the subject, excellent communication skills, proficiency in modern teaching tools and technologies, and the ability to inspire and motivate students.
