Candidate Should have the knowledge of documentation of Leasing Eg. Term sheets / LOI/ MOU/ Lease Deed etc. Should Maximize Revenue & achieve/ maintain optimum occupancy level. Should have Good personality & Communication skills Should have good Negotiation Skill.
