You will be responsible for developing and implementing leasing strategies, managing tenant relationships, and maximizing occupancy rates. This role requires strong leadership skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the commercial real estate market. Build and maintain strong relationships with leading IPCs and individual partners. Leverage your proven track record to lease out over 1 million square feet of commercial space. Secure deals with large and medium-sized IT companies. Demonstrate a deep understanding of leasing variables such as rent, concessions, and lease terms. Stay current on commercial leasing market trends, both domestically and internationally. Foster excellent inter-departmental collaboration to ensure seamless leasing processes. Possess strong liaisoning skills to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders. Develop and implement promotional marketing strategies to attract potential tenants. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel & PowerPoint) for data analysis and presentations. Negotiate lease agreements to achieve win-win outcomes for both parties. Possess a thorough understanding of key leasing documents and agreements. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention. Deliver exceptional presentations to showcase properties and leasing opportunities. Proven track record as a top performer in a previous leasing role. Experience in pre-leasing commercial space to secure tenants before completion. Skilled in generating all types of reports to track leasing activity and performance. Adept at receivables management to ensure timely collection of rent payments Possess a strong understanding of 2D & 3D architectural plans. Familiarity with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) and allied services.
