Job Description

The Commercial Leasing Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of leasing commercial properties. This role involves marketing and showing properties to potential tenants, negotiating lease agreements, and ensuring all lease terms are met. The Commercial Leasing Manager will work closely with property owners, management teams, and tenants to ensure the properties are leased efficiently and profitably.

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing and Promotion:
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants.
• Create and distribute marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and online advertisements.
• Network with local businesses and real estate professionals to promote available properties.
• Tenant Relations:
• Conduct property tours for prospective tenants.
• Respond to inquiries and provide detailed information about properties.
• Negotiate lease terms and conditions with potential tenants.
• Lease Management:
• Prepare and review lease agreements to ensure they are accurate and legally compliant.
• Coordinate lease renewals, extensions, and amendments.
• Maintain detailed records of lease transactions and tenant interactions.
• Financial Management:
• Monitor market trends and rental rates to set competitive lease prices.
• Analyze financial statements and reports to ensure the profitability of leased properties.
• Work with the finance department to ensure timely rent collection and address any delinquency issues.
• Property Management Support:
• Collaborate with property management teams to ensure properties are well-maintained and meet tenant needs.
• Address tenant complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
• Reporting:
• Provide regular reports on leasing activities, market conditions, and financial performance.
• Develop and present leasing forecasts and plans to senior management.
