various Anchors & Industries - Formulating annual business plan.

Developing & maintaining a long-term professional & beneficial relationship with all existing

Retail Groups and tenants to ensure continued and future business from this sector.

Leasing Identifying the target audience, catchments/area analysis and demographic profile

of existing competition.

Identifying brands to be targeted by way of zoning based on the research

Working with the IPCs like JLL, Cushman & Wakefield, colliers, CBRE etc & local brokers

to create pipeline for inventory.

Developing leasing tools by way of leasing brochures, relevant documents, marketing and

advertising concepts.
