Position Title: Leasing ExecutivePosition Summary: The Leasing Executive is responsible for managing the leasing process for residential and commercial properties. This role involves generating leads, conducting property tours, negotiating lease agreements, and maintaining positive relationships with tenants. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, a thorough understanding of the real estate market, and excellent customer service abilities.Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation and Marketing:
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract potential tenants.
  • Create and distribute marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and online listings.
  • Utilize social media and other digital platforms to reach a broader audience.
  • Property Tours and Presentations:
  • Conduct property tours for prospective tenants, highlighting key features and amenities.
  • Provide detailed information about the properties, including pricing, availability, and lease terms.
  • Lease Negotiation and Administration:
  • Negotiate lease terms and conditions with prospective tenants.
  • Prepare and review lease agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Facilitate the signing of lease agreements and ensure all documentation is completed accurately.
  • Tenant Relations:
  • Maintain positive relationships with existing tenants, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with tenants to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Market Research and Analysis:
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on current real estate trends and competitor offerings.
  • Analyze market data to adjust pricing strategies and improve leasing performance.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping:
  • Maintain accurate records of leasing activities, including lead tracking, lease agreements, and tenant communications.
  • Prepare regular reports on leasing performance, occupancy rates, and market trends for management review.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in leasing, sales, or property management.
  • Strong knowledge of local real estate market and property laws.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
